I hired Ambrose to replace the carpet in our church. They were extremely responsive. They were the first to take measurements and recommend carpet that was of industrial strength. They special ordered the carpet and it arrived within 3 days. The installers were extremely efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend them.

Ambrose Carpets are the only people I use for all of my carpet needs. I found them years ago through a recommendation for carpet cleaning from a neighbor.

I had my carpets professionally cleaned many times before because I have kids and a dog but was never completely satisfied. When Ambrose cleaned, I could not believe how good my carpets looked (like new) and how they could get stains out that no other carpet cleaner got out. Not only did they do a good job but the guys who cleaned were very nice and extremely professional.

We recently moved into a new home that needed new carpet so I called Ambrose Carpets to give me an estimate. Wow! BJ and Clare made it so easy and were so helpful. They are both so knowledgeable about carpet and Clare can really help you find just the right color and style for your home. I was also really impressed with the installation. The installers were very professional, did an amazing job and were nice guys.

I called Ambrose Flooring to come measure for new carpet for one room in our house. We had red gatorade, graphite stains, paint and various other substances on this carpet. They took a look and suggested they attempt cleaning this carpet before we order new carpet. They came in and successfully cleaned our carpet to make it like new. They saved us about $500 dollars! So good at what they do and so professional.

I have used Ambrose and company for both carpeting cleaning and new carpet installation and have been extremely pleased with both. Their carpet cleaning services were able to get my cat’s food stains out as well as remove the dark marks in high traffic areas. My carpets looked brand new after being cleaned. In another home I had them install new carpet in the entire upper level of our home. They educated me on several carpet options, ordered carpet samples for me at no charge, and we’re very helpful and responsive. The installers arrived on time and moved all the furniture, removed and disposed the old carpet, fixed the squeaks in the underlying floorboards (and there were a lot!), installed the new carpet, and put the furniture back in place. They were very detail oriented and “on top of things”. We are thoroughly enjoying the new carpet and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Ambrose & Company. I highly recommend them.

Excellent and professional service & installation

Excited to move into our new home, we needed carpet installed as soon as possible. Ambrose sent a rep out immediately to measure our rooms, provided us with carpet samples within 24 hours and once we decided on the style, booked us for installation the following week. The service was amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Ambrose for carpet installation and will plan to use them again in the future, not only for carpet install, but for cleaning as well.
